Want to stay lean, but not really sure where to start? We caught up with Pilates Instructor Laura Halls to pick her brain on how she does it!
"I try to exercise 5 times a week mixing up weights, cardio, and Pilates.
This helps my body to stay strong and toned but also lean. I Wouldn't say I have a certain secret, living a fit and healthy lifestyle can be very easy if you stay motivated and enjoy it. Its all about finding what you love and what works for your body.
I also try to drink a lot of water each day and get enough sleep!"
Best booty exercise: One leg glute bridges and barbell squats.
Favourite abs exercise: TRX mountain climbers and bosu ball situps. Works a treat!
Laura lives by the 80/20 rule. During the week she eats a lot of protein and veggies, and on the weekend she eats a little naughty like pasta to keep her sane!
